When will my order ship?
Standard orders are made-to-order and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Express orders ship same or next day.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch. Express: 1–2 working days. All tracked, all UK.
My tracking link isn't updating — should I worry?
Trackers sometimes lag by a few hours when an order is collected. If there's no movement for a full working day, email us — we'll chase the courier directly.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Photograph it, then email sales@printivo.uk. We'll reprint or refund under our satisfaction guarantee — no questions asked.
