SHIPPING POLICY — PRINTIVO UK

1. Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland,
Wales, and Northern Ireland). International orders are not currently
available via the website — please contact us for a quote.

2. Production and delivery times
Most products are made to order. Lead times are shown on each product
page and typically range:
  - Print products (business cards, flyers, banners, etc.): 2–5 working
    days production
  - Branded merchandise (apparel, mugs, totes, pens): 5–10 working days
    production
  - Signage and large format: 4–7 working days production
After production, delivery typically takes a further 1–3 working days
via tracked courier (DPD, Royal Mail, or Parcelforce depending on
product weight and size).

3. Delivery costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and
destination. Free shipping thresholds (if any) are shown at the cart.

4. Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by SMS and/or email as soon as your
order is dispatched.

5. Failed delivery
If a delivery fails because no one was available to accept the parcel,
the courier will typically attempt redelivery and/or leave a card with
collection instructions. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable,
we will contact you to arrange redelivery at additional cost.
