TERMS OF SERVICE — PRINTIVO UK

1. About us
Printivo Ltd ("Printivo", "we", "us") operates the website printivo.uk
and sells printed and branded products to customers in the United Kingdom.
Registered office: 34 The Avenue, Wembley, HA9 9PG. Company registered in

2. By using this site
You confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have a guardian's consent)
and agree to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time;
the version in force is the one published at the time you place your order.

3. Products and pricing
All prices are shown in GBP and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. We
reserve the right to correct typographical pricing errors before an order
is dispatched. Stock levels are indicative; for made-to-order print and
branded merchandise, "stock" is the production capacity at our print
partners.

4. Personalised, custom-printed, and made-to-order goods
The majority of items sold on printivo.uk are printed or finished to your
specification. Under regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts (Information,
Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day
cancellation right does NOT apply to:
  - Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised
  - Items produced once an order has entered production
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or
refunded for change of mind. Defective or misprinted items are still
covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (see our Return and Refund
Policy).

5. Artwork and copyright
You confirm that any artwork, logos, text, or imagery you supply is owned
by you or that you have permission to use and reproduce it. We are not
liable for any third-party copyright, trademark, or IP infringement
arising from artwork you supply. We may refuse to print artwork that is
unlawful, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

6. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on the product
and our fulfilment partner (see Shipping Policy). Delivery dates are
indicative and not guaranteed. Risk passes to you when the goods are
delivered to the address you supplied.

7. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the
price you paid for that order. We do not exclude liability for death,
personal injury, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by
law.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
