RETURN AND REFUND POLICY — PRINTIVO UK

1. The 14-day cancellation right
The majority of our products are personalised, custom-printed, or
made-to-order. Under regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations
2013, the standard 14-day cancellation right does NOT apply to these
items. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded
for change of mind.
2. Faulty or misprinted items
If your order arrives defective, damaged in transit, or materially
different from the artwork you approved, we will reprint or refund in
full. Please report the issue within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photographs showing the defect
- A brief description

We aim to resolve faulty-item claims within 5 working days. Refunds are
processed to the original payment method within a further 5–10 working
days, depending on your card issuer.
3. Cancellation BEFORE production
If you change your mind before production has started, please email us
immediately. We will cancel the order and refund in full where possible.
Once production has begun (typically within 1–4 hours of order placement),
cancellation is no longer possible — see section 1.
4. Wrong delivery address
If the delivery fails because an incorrect address was supplied by you,
we are not obliged to replace or refund the order. We can attempt
redelivery at your cost.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act
2015 in respect of goods that are not of satisfactory quality, not fit
for purpose, or not as described.
6. Returns address (for faulty items)
Returns are only accepted by prior arrangement. Do not send items back
without an emailed Return Authorisation from print@printivo.uk —
unauthorised returns may not be refunded.
